Mr. Loo is a founding member of Hudson, where he focuses on capital raising, new originations and the firm's administration and strategic direction. Mr. Loo was also a co-founder of Newbridge Realty Capital, Hudson's predecessor company. Prior to that, Mr. Loo was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston where he co-formed the Portfolio Bids Group, which acquired and managed over $3 billion of commercial mortgage and real estate assets. He previously served as CSFB's primary commercial mortgage whole loan trader and was an original member of the Praedium Recovery Funds. He received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Wesleyan University.

Mr. Herrick is a founding member of Hudson, responsible for raising capital, maintaining and developing relationships with investors, and portfolio management. Mr. Herrick was co-founder and principal of SWH Funding Corp., and prior to that was co-founder and principal of Realty Holdings of America, a Senior Vice President at Integrated Resources, Inc. and a Vice President and Regional Manager at Citibank. He has originated, structured and asset managed over $4 billion of assets. Mr. Herrick received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University and his B.A. from Michigan State University.

Mr. Arman is a founding member of Hudson where he serves as Chief Financial Officer. He was also a founding member of Newbridge Realty Capital, one of Hudson's predecessor companies. Previously, Mr. Arman served as a Vice President at CSFB and a member of their Portfolio Bids Group, as well as Portfolio Financial Manager for the J. E. Robert Companies and Operational Manager for a regional residential Re/Max broker. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche as a Staff Accountant. Mr. Arman received his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut and his B.B.A. from Iona College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Mr. Garfield joined Hudson at its formation in March 2003 as a Managing Director in charge of new loan originations, business development and business relations. Mr. Garfield has been instrumental in the company achieving dominance in the middle-market, opportunistic real estate investment arena. Led by Garfield's originations, HRC has closed more than $3 billion in debt and equity transactions since its formation. Before joining HRC, Mr. Garfield spent 12 years in the real estate industry with an emphasis on real estate investment and finance. He received his Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University and his B.S. from the University of Colorado. Mr. Garfield is an adjunct professor of real estate investment in New York University's Real Estate Investment Master's program.

Ms. Lewis joined Hudson in March 2006 as a Managing Director. She leads Hudson's Portfolio Investments group, where she is responsible for underwriting, analyzing, successfully bidding on, and overseeing the disposition of portfolios of commercial real estate loans. Ms. Lewis has also led Hudson's Asset Management and Due Diligence departments. Formerly, Ms. Lewis was the managing member of Questor, a predecessor company to Hudson, which has provided due diligence and underwriting services for over $30 billion in non-performing and performing real estate loans for institutional investors, as well as real estate valuation, restructuring and other services to HUD, the GSA, FDIC, U.S. Army and the State of Maine. Ms. Lewis received her B.A. from Duke University.

Mr. Griffin joined Hudson in July 2007 and currently oversees the due diligence process on all transactions. As Senior Underwriter, he specializes in the analysis and financial modeling of complex, multi-tiered investments. Previously, he was a Senior Consultant at Questor, a predecessor company to Hudson, and prior to that a Manager of Tax Credit Investments with Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). Prior to that, Mr. Griffin worked for a local developer negotiating debt work-outs from 1988-1994. Mr. Griffin has underwritten and performed due diligence on approximately $2.7 billion in debt and equity investments. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Columbia Union College and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders.

Ms. Torres joined Hudson Realty Capital in September 2009 as a Managing Director focusing on emerging market strategies and capital markets solutions. Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Torres was a Managing Director at NewOak Capital, where she founded the firm's commercial real estate business. Before that, she was at Citigroup where she served in a variety of senior positions, including developing and leading a team that executed, structured, and marketed large loan-related transactions. Previously, as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, Ms. Torres had lead execution responsibility for over $20 billion of completed transactions. Prior to her role at Lehman, Ms. Torres had senior positions at CS First Boston and at Citibank, where she was involved in work-outs, dispositions, and securitizations of RTC and FDIC non-performing assets. Ms. Torres has an MBA from Northwestern University and a B.S. summa cum laude, from Ateneo University, Philippines.

Mr. Bloom joined Hudson in June 2006 as Director and General Counsel, supervising Hudson's legal functions and ensuring that all transactions are structured and closed properly with appropriate attention to business objectives. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Bloom practiced at Sidley Austin LLP, where he represented private equity funds, REITs, developers and lenders on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and loan originations. While at Sidley, Mr. Bloom was also seconded to the Real Estate Finance & Securitization Group at Credit Suisse. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Albany.

Ms. Miller joined Hudson Realty Capital in July 2007. Ms. Miller heads Hudson's Fort Myers office, which is dedicated to the management and disposition of purchased loan portfolios. Additionally, Ms. Miller is responsible for asset management of several of Hudson's most complex debt and equity investments, in a variety of property types. Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Miller worked as an independent consultant providing analysis, due diligence and asset management services. She also worked as a bank examiner for the FDIC, and a field examiner and regulatory analyst for the FSLIC, where she participated in the task force that wrote the Assigned Case Processing Manual for the disposition of failed thrifts. Ms. Miller received her B.A. from Wittenberg University.

Mr. Montgomery joined Hudson in July 2007 and is responsible for asset management. He also provides underwriting for debt and equity investments in a wide range of property types and markets. He has over 20 years of real estate experience, ranging from management and disposition of distressed assets to property repositioning and redevelopment. Previous to working with Hudson, Mr. Montgomery was a Senior Vice President of NW Financial, working with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on its Mark-to-Market program. From 1989 through1995 Mr. Montgomery provided workout, asset management and disposition consulting services to Wall Street bond funds on distressed commercial real estate. Ms. Mutterperl joined Hudson Realty Capital in August 2008. As a Director, Ms. Mutterperl is responsible for the management of Hudson's Asset Management group, overseeing the operations of the department and staff. She is integral to the coordination of Hudson's interdisciplinary review of each asset in the portfolio, development of and management to business plans and support of the department's seasoned staff. Previously, she worked at TriLyn, LLC where she was responsible for originating, underwriting and servicing mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments. Ms. Mutterperl's prior experience includes managing portfolios for Investcorp International, Inc., PaineWebber and CO's proprietary real estate fund and for Clarion Capital. Ms. Mutterperl received her M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business and her B.S. in Facilities Management from Cornell University.

Mr. Liu's most recent position prior to joining Hudson was Manager of Accounting and Reporting for GlobeOp Financial Services in New York, an independent financial administrator for hedge funds and private equity funds. Prior to that, Mr. Liu worked as an Audit Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, performing audits on domestic and international investment funds, including private equity real estate funds. Mr. Liu earned his B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at New Paltz, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Parrinello joined Hudson Realty Capital as a Vice President in the Originations group in May 2011. He is responsible for sourcing real estate debt investments. Previously, Mr. Parrinello was a real estate Investment Officer at CapitalSource Finance, where he originated over $1 billion in loans on a wide range of property types including office, multifamily, retail, hospitality and self storage. As a loan originator he performed all underwriting and due diligence, constructed financial models of loan and property cash flows, performed market research, and presented investment recommendations for formal committee approval. Mr. Parrinello is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University, and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University.
