Hudson is led by Sanford Herrick, David Loo and Richard Ortiz (Founding Principals) with Michael Arman, Spencer Garfield and Renee Lewis (Principals) serving on the senior management team.

Hudson's Principals have an extensive record of successfully investing in real estate together, and have invested in direct real estate and underperforming commercial mortgages. The Principals along with a highly experienced team of professionals provide Hudson with a diverse mix of skills including acquiring, originating, financing, operating, servicing and disposing of real estate debt and equity investments in multiple property types.

The team's collective real estate investment experience provides Hudson with a network of relationships with capital market participants that include financial institutions, real estate owners and operators, investment banks, brokers and other intermediaries.
